BY PURCHASING YOUR TICKET IT GIVES YOU THE INSURANCE OUR CARRIER PROVIDES FOR EACH TICKET PURCHASED. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TICKET AS IT IS THE INSURANCE BINDER OUR COMPANY OFFERS. PLEASE DEMAND YOUR TICKET AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND AS YOU BOARD OUR BUS. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW THAT WITHOUT A TICKET OUR INSURANCE CARRIER MAY DENY COVERAGE IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.

AS A FREQUENT RIDER, IF YOU SAVE TEN TICKETS WITH YOUR NAME ON THEM, YOU CAN REDEEM THEM FOR A FREE ONE WAY TRAVEL FOR THE SAME DESTINATION. TICKETS PURCHASED ARE VALID ONLY FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED MORE TIME TO USE YOUR TICKET AFTER YOUR EXPIRATION DATE, YOU MAY VISIT ANY OF OUR OFFICES OF ORIGIN AND REQUEST AN EXTENSION FOR SUCH TICKET.

TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO TRAVEL, AND ANY TICKET WITH ALTERATIONS IS VOID. ANY STOLEN OR LOST TICKET IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER. WE DO NOT ISSUE OR REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS. IN THE EVENT YOU LOSE OR MISPLACE YOUR TICKET, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A NEW TICKET. IF YOU FIND YOUR OLD TICKET WE WILL MAKE IT GOOD TO TRAVEL.

PRE-PAID TICKETS

THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR PASSENGERS WHO WISH TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR ALL CITIES WHICH WE SERVICE. THERE IS A $5.00 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE ADDED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE TICKET.

ROUND TRIP TICKETS

BE ADVISED THAT YOUR RETURN TRIP IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED. YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE A DAY AHEAD TO RESERVE YOUR RETURN TRIP.

LUGGAGE, EXPRESS PACKAGE FREIGHT, AND EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGES

ANY PASSENGER CHECKING BAGGAGE HEREBY AGREES THAT:

NO CLAIM IN EXCESS OF $50.00 FOR ALL BAGGAGE CHECKED ON ONE ADULT TICKET OR IN EXCESS OF $25.00 ON ONE-HALF FARE TICKET SHALL BE MADE AGAINST THE ISSUIING COMPANY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY COVERED BY THIS AND/OR OTHER BAGGAGE CHECKS ISSUED TO THE SAME PASSENGER. THE SAME LIMITS APPLY PER SINGLE PIECE OF BAGGAGE REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF TICKETS PURCHASED.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS MUST BE SUPPORTED BY PASSENGER IDENTIFICATION CHECK OF TRANSPORTATION TICKET PURCHASED AND USED.

THIS TICKET AND BAGGAGE CLAIM CHECK IS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO ALL CONDITIONS OF PUBLISHED TARIFFS.

THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR MONEY, JEWLERY, CAMERAS, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND VIDEO, DOCUMENTS, CERTIFICATES, BUSINESS PAPERS, SAMPLES, PAINTINGS, ANTIQUES, MANUSCRIPTS, FUR COATS, BOOKS, PUBLICATIONS OR ANY SIMILAR VALUABLES IN LUGGAGE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED A VALUE FEE FOR SAID ITEMS.

ONCE THE BAGGAGE HAS BEEN BOARDED ON THE BUS, WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY COMPARTMENTS TO BE OPENED DURING THE TRIP. NO PASSENGER HAS ACCESS TO THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS ONCE BAGGAGE HAS BEEN CHECKED.

WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CHECK ANY LUGGAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
MONEY, KEYS, MEDICINES, EYE WEAR, GLASSES, IPODS, COMPUTERS, LEGAL OR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

WE URGE YOU TO DECLARE ALL VALUABLES IN YOUR CHECKED LUGGAGE FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY. IN CASE OF ANY LOSS OF YOUR ITEMS OR BAGGAGE, THE COMPANY HAS SET DOLLAR AMOUNTS THAT ARE ONLY PAID FOR THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

IT’S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REQUEST YOUR TICKET FOR ANY CHARGES YOU HAVE PAID FOR EXCESSIVE LUGGAGE. WITHOUT YOUR RECEIPT, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAY AGAIN IN THE EVENT OF ANY INSPECTION BY OUR OWN PERSONNEL.

TRANSFERING BUSES

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM MEXICO TO THE USA, WE ASK THAT YOU BE AWARE OF THE TRANSFERRING PROCEDURES:

AS YOU ARRIVE TO THE INTERNATIONAL PORT OF ENTRY U.S. CUSTOMS, YOU WILL DISEMBARK AND UNLOAD ALL YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO CROSS CUSTOMS. BY FEDERAL LAW OUR PERSONNEL IS NOT ALLOWED TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY CARRYING OF LUGGAGE OR ITEMS AS YOU CROSS CUSTOMS.

ALL BUSES ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO WAIT 15 MINUTES AFTER CUSTOMS INSPECTION AND WILL CONTINUE ON ITS JOURNEY TO OUR BUS TERMINALS. ONCE YOU HAVE CLEARED CUSTOMS YOU WILL LOAD THE BUS AND WILL CONTINUE TO OUR LOCAL BUS TERMINAL FOR YOUR TRANSFER ON THE BUS AND ROUTE YOUR ARE TRAVELING.

FOR ANY PASSENGER TRAVELING WITH A VISA WHO MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FOR U.S. IMMIGRATION TO CONTINUE TRAVELING TO THE UNITED STATES, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE PROCESS WITHIN THE TIME THE BUS IS BEING INSPECTED. BUSES DO NOT WAIT FOR ANY PASSENGERS. PLEASE HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION READY FOR IMMIGRATION TO PROCESS YOUR TOURIST OR TRAVELING PERMITS. IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT READY TO CONTINUE YOUR TRIP OR FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED NOT WITHIN THE TIME OF BUS INSPECTION, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT OUR OFFICE AT 915-532-1161 TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TRIP AND ANY EXTRA EXPENSE INCURRED BY YOU WILL BE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM THE U.S. TO MEXICO

AS YOU ARRIVE IN OUR BUS TERMINAL IN EL PASO TEXAS. YOU WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO OUR CONNECTING COMPANY OMNIBUS MEXICANOS. PELASE CLAIM YOUR LUGGAGE AS YOU EXIT OUR BUS. OUR TICKET AGENTS WILL BE THERE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CONNECTIONS.

WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT OFFER ANY TIPS TO OUR EMPLOYEES AS THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCEPT ANY. IF ANY ASK FOR TIPS WE ASK THAT YOU NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF YOUR TRANSFER OR CALL US AT 915-7780202.
